Lisa Kiggens D'Amore

West High School graduate and All-American at UCLA when she helped the Bruins win the NCAA women’s golf championship in her only collegiate season. Turned pro in 1992 and immediately earned a spot in the LGPA Tour. In a 12-year pro career, Kiggens earned one victory (the 1994 Rochester Invitational), one second (1994 Oldsmobile Classic) and one third (1999 Michelob Classic) among 11 top-ten finishes. Her highest ranked was 29th in 1994. She made the cut 122 times in 271 LPGA tournaments. At West, she played on the boy’s team since the girl’s golf was not offered, and was instrumental in West winning two state championship titles. She also won the Kern County Amateur title five times.
